- Assist in being the liason between owners, architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors, suppliers and On-site Project Construction Teams.
- Create and develop project specifications, material schedules and subcontract scopes of work based on information gathered from clients, architects, engineers, designers, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist and support Project Construction Teams in the execution of their duties. Including the preparation of Change Orders, Additional Work Authorizations, updating changes in plans, specifications, materials, schedules, scopes of work and project schedules.
- Assist and collaborate on developing and compiling value engineering options and cost comparisons. Participate in cost and budget presentations to clients, architects and designers.
- Perform Estimates, review blueprints, plans, specifications and perform detailed material quantity take-offs.
- Execute the disbursal of plans and RFP’s to suppliers, vendors, and trade subcontractors to obtain pricing and proposals.
